What counts toward storage

Storage is calculated as the total size of all package files across all repositories in your organisation — including every version of every package. Deleted packages do not count toward your quota.

The current storage usage is shown in the Billing area. You can also break it down by repository on the repository detail page.

What counts toward transfer

Transfer is the total number of bytes downloaded from Feedz in a calendar month. It resets at the start of each billing period.

Changing your plan

Click Change Plan in the Billing area to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Downgrading to a plan with lower storage limits does not automatically delete packages. If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, uploads will be blocked until you free up space or upgrade again.

Billing interval

Paid plans are available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Yearly plans are billed as a single charge for the year.

The current period end date is shown in the Billing area.

Payment method

Feedz uses Stripe for payment processing. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment card details are entered directly in the Stripe-hosted payment form and are never transmitted to or stored on Feedz servers.

To update your card, click Update Payment Method in the Billing area. The new card is charged on your next billing date.

Professional plan customers on a yearly billing cycle can request invoice-based billing instead of card payment. Contact us to arrange this.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically after each payment and are available in the Billing area. They can be downloaded as PDF and are also emailed to the organisation owner.
