No. Every Feedz plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. You pay for storage and data transfer - not headcount.
Both limits are soft - your builds and uploads will never be blocked. If you exceed your storage or transfer limit we'll send you a notification email.
Storage is the total size of all packages stored across your feeds. Data transfer counts bytes downloaded from your Feedz feeds in a calendar month - uploads do not count.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
Yes - annual billing is available on all paid plans. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your organisation's billing settings.
A credit card is required to start a trial. When the trial ends your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan. You can cancel at any time during the trial - cancelling moves your organisation to the Free plan instead. Your feeds, packages, and settings are always preserved.
Projects with an OSI-approved licence can apply for a complimentary Starter plan. Requirements: source code must be publicly available, only public feeds may be used, and the package index page cannot be disabled. Choose the Open Source plan once you're signed up.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. For organisations requiring invoiced billing, reach out to sales@feedz.io.
